Dear Villa Neighbors,
 
Crawford Landscaping has reset (to Cape Coral standards) every irrigation timer at every resident's home.  They are now all correct.
 
Also, Crawford is going to be spending the week weeding.  As is quite obvious, Bright View left a mess of weeds in most every yard.  They also have been cutting the grass far shorter than is the standard for SW Florida lawns.  When this happens, it opens the door for weeds and disease to take hold of a lawn.  So for this week, Crawford Landscaping will not mow any Villa lawn...they will place emphasis on removing weeds and the general appearance of each lawn.

Denise at 7867 Players texted me to tell us “ thank you to the crew” for the work we just did at her home on Wednesday.  She said her neighbor came over yesterday and said how wonderful it looked.

Great job guys and thanks for rearranging the schedule to fit her in.

I am not one who likes to pay extra for things, but Crawford is well worth it.  They are doing a great job and our lawn and shrubs have never looked better.  We are getting more than we paid for.

Hi Guys

I Just want to let you know.... as a general observation, I believe the sod, shrubs and beds have never looked better on Buttermere.

I can tell you have been paying attention to the details ( and the finer points of irrigation/landscape work), fertilization, pest control, water coverage, pruning shrubs properly, cutting sod away from head outlets, repairing lines/heads, relocating heads and properly evaluating results weekly.

Yesterday, Wednesday March 22nd, Bruno repaired and adjusted the irrigation system in the area of the petite Ixora new plantings at the back corner of the lanai.  Dealing with Bruno was a pleasure.  He is a very knowledgeable, productive and courteous Crawford employee and definitely a strong asset to the Crawford team

We cannot thank you enough for the tree removal. The worker that came Jose, was remarkable to say the least. He was extremely polite and very professional. He represented your company very well. I will tell others in the community how good you were and pass your name on. Also, thank you for taking care of the couple next door. They were impressed as well.

I hope they all get a pat on the back.  I try to tell them how much I like working with them; but it’s also nice to tell you what great people you have hired for your company.

My name is John Kneafsey.  I am Vice President of the Board at the Boulevard Club (BC) located at 1900 Gulfshore Blvd North in Naples, FL.  I am also a lifetime landscape enthusiast.  As you know, the BC has been a customer of yours for a number of years,  Until recently, we have only used your company for weekly maintenance and small ad hoc plantings,  In early 2016 the Board had the idea to very much change and improve our "backyard" in an effort in increase the quality of life at our building.  Janet Flack, an interior designer and our secretary and I were tasked by the Board to head up the search for a company to do the project.  As a rule, we went out to a number of landscape contractors to obtain bids and ideas for the project.  After careful analysis and discussion we decided to award the job to Crawford.

What a fabulous company Crawford is.  I feel so fortunate to live in a community that recognizes the need for precise work on our beautiful plants and trees.  The sculpting of the shrubs is amazing and reminds me of the sculptured look seen in Palm Beach.

The beautiful work done by Crawford landscaping is a refreshing change in the neighborhood.   Today when I walked around I was astounded by the sculpted look of all the bushes.  It is so wonderful to see Crawford employees even up in buckets pruning the tallest of trees!  
My little shrubs in the front were so over pruned last summer it prompted my house watch person to warn me we may be losing some of them.  Several seem to be hanging on by a thread now. With Crawford they may have a chance of survival.

I will miss working with you and your organization as well. You made my life easier when we were in partnership together.  I appreciate you as a person and what you represent. "So I am working on my backyard on Saturday afternoon and I punctured the main irrigation line in my backyard and I have water bubbling up and don't know where my cutoff line is located. I am stuck as my backyard is getting saturated. I noticed a Crawford truck in the neighborhood and simply asked if they knew someone that could do emergency repairs on a Saturday. Bruno came to look at it and said he would be back after he finished working on the main pulp. He brought back Rene and they installed a new cutoff value. They literally saved my weekend. They were respectful and helpful and I can't say enough good things about their coming to my rescue. Bruno and Rene are a real credit to your company."

Tony – a resident in Treviso Bay (from Boston), called our office and told our Accounts Receivable person that the community in Treviso Bay where he lives and where we maintain looks the best it's looked since he started living there - "the place has never looked so good.  He raved about how polite the workers are and "how nice they look in their red shirts.

First, let me tell you that the crew really did a wonderful job on pool deck this morning.  They started early and busted it right out.  With the great climbers/trimmers you have it took less time than previous contractors by a long shot.

Your Team has not missed a step. I send an email with a irrigation problem at 1:30 PM today (Sunday). I get a call back from Saul Garcia within 15 minutes. He tells me he is just back from Church. He then walks me thought shutting off our irrigation system to stop our leak. Problem solved. He tells me he will have a man out tomorrow to fix the problem. That's service.

Let me know if you need any more recommendations. You have earned it.
