We’re all so busy that it’s an effort to make time to say ‘Thank You’.
This morning we had a water leak, a 15’ geyser in front of the Taylor Morrison coach homes managed by Sentry.
I called Crawford and within a few minutes he had a crew at the location to shut off the water, diagnose, and repair the problem. As they were replacing a split PVC union the tech explained that the leak was the responsibility of Sentry as it was not on the area maintained by Crawford.
I was impressed and amazed that the techs immediately solved the problem knowing it was not their responsibility.
So a big THANK YOU is well-deserved.
