Ledezma to Lead Crawford's Pest Control Division

Crawford Landscaping is proud to announce the promotion of Victor Ledezma to Pest Control Supervisor. Victor started with Crawford Landscaping in 2019 as the Assistant Pest Control Supervisor. In his new capacity, Victor will be responsible for the daily operations and supervision of all pest control crews from Ft. Myers and Cape Coral to Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples. He also plays a major role in purchasing and inventory control. In addition to providing our standard or eco-friendly pest control services to our clients, Victor oversees new construction jobs to help establish and maintain newly installed plant material.

Victor has eight years of experience in the pest control and landscaping industry. Previously, Victor was an Operations Manager for a large family-owned farm. He has his FCHP (Florida Certified Horticultural Professional) designation from the FNGLA (Florida Nursery Growers and Landscape Association) and is currently working on his CPCO (Certified Pest Control Operator) license.

Born and raised in Florida, Victor graduated from Walsh University in Canton, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management and Organizational Leadership. Victor and his wife, are active in raising their five athletically talented children in local sport and travel teams such as: wrestling, football, softball and baseball.
