Dear General Manager:
We live at Kensington Country Club, just off Pine Ridge Road in Naples. Your company must have a landscaping contract with KPMA [Kensington Park Master Association] to do the grounds of the association, because we frequently see your trucks and employees taking care of the landscaping.
My husband and I just want you to know how impressive your employees are at doing their jobs. I am a frequent walker, so I see your employees up close. They are hard-working, pleasant, polite and I never see them wasting time. You have a supervisor here, I would assume, that is also very very impressive. I don\'t know his name, but I assume he is the supervisor by the way he handles himself with the other employees. He is always working hard himself, yet I\'ve observed him helping others many, many times.
You should be very proud of the employees you have working at Kensington. You should be very proud of the beautiful equipment you have also. It is always clean and nice looking. And the color is a real eye-catcher!
There are several other landscape companies that work inside Kensington for other customer and developments. But, when we watch them work, there is no comparison to the work ethic of your employees. Again, you should be very, very proud of these workers! And we just wanted you to know!
