I thank you for giving us Hugo R.  I have already received a number of unsolicited praise from neighbors who have noted his prompt turnaround time and follow-up on every request made.  One emailed me today, "Never had such a quick response to my concerns.  Thank you."  

Nothing is falling through the cracks.  He has quickly made his presence known around the neighborhood, and has shown a can-do response to our needs.  This has played especially well with the neighbors, particularly after all that the hurricane left behind.

Based on our initial experience I believe we are going to be quite happy, and I very much appreciate your flexibility in making it happen during such a challenging time for your business.

Dear Michael and Gabby - I just wanted to send kudos to Crawford through you - they did a great job of rebuilding the greenscape behind our home on Piacere. They wove everything back together and staked it upright which goes a long way to restoring the privacy we had behind us pre-Irma. As fast as things grow down here, things will be ship shape before season ends. These folks have really been working hard so wanted to pass this along.

Please be advised and share with other owners that the Crawford cleanup process for this disaster was one of the smoothest I've been dealing with. Nate for mahogany ridge and Augusta creek and Cody for Milan have stepped up to the plate and have handled all issues in a timely fashion. Phil buck and your entire team have been wonderful Updates have also been given to me consistently. I have not had to worry about any hurricane related landscape needs. Besides the wonderful landscaping and plantings they have done for me, I want to take the time to give a special shout out to Bryan and Zeke for helping us get our lanai cleared off (before the hurricane).  I was panicked because my husband is disabled and I have a bad right shoulder and can't lift.   They were able to bring everything into the house in half an hour (and I have a lot of stuff out there).  I couldn't be more grateful for their willingness to help us, I will forever be thankful we have such awesome landscapers willing to help their customers in an uncustomary way.  THANK YOU BRYAN AND ZEKE!

Felix Tapias, our Account Manager, has things well in hand and our community looks great. Felix was by last week and we reviewed our fall planting, and a refresh he recommended at our entrance. I know Positano will be the Bright Star in the fall when the majority of the Mediterra community returns to Naples. I sincerely appreciate all the efforts of the entire crew that gets the job done.

Thanks to your company for providing outstanding landscaping services to t he Paseo Condo Association.  Condominium properties to include plants, flowers, shrubs, palm trees, and turf are once again in great shape.  I walk my two Shih Tzu's around the property three times daily, and I as well as all condominium residents appreciate your company's due diligence to restore the property to a pristine level.

Dear Keith- I am the landscaping liaison for Egrets Walk.

We have undertaken several large projects with the assistance of the Crawford team. These projects have resulted in positive improvements adding to the aesthetics of our community.

Our latest endeavor was to add lighting to areas we had just re-landscaped. Javier was in charge of this project.  He is a very talented lighting specialist who graciously accepted my input every step of the way. He went above and beyond to meet with me several evenings in order to tweak the lights in the different areas being illuminated.
