It is our desire to have a culture of training at Crawford.  Continuous self-improvement.  That's why Knowledge and Experience is one of our Core Values.  

To that end, this week we are rolling out a new "on-boarding" program for all new hires - a 90-day training process to ensure all new employees are 100% proficient in their new job by their 90th day.  Additionally, we are implementing a Driver Training & Certification Program and have the goal of all current drivers certified by the end of February.  Finally, we have set a policy that stipulates all managers and foreman must be first aid trained and will have all current teammates trained and certified by the end of March.  Many people and companies limit this kind of training for fear of losing qualified employees - not us!
